English synthpop duo Lovestarrs, formed by brothers Hamish and Sarah McIntosh, released officially their awaited single “Get Your Sexy On” on June 3rd, but just a few days after they are back with some new music.
The pair has debuted its next official single called “Somebody Like You“, which is a great infusion of electro beats, swirling synths, and bubblegum textures.
The catchy and quite pure pop piece reminds a lot their days as The Good Natured with gems like “5-HT” or “Skeleton“. It’s a joyful and playful radio-ready gem from start to finish.
The duo is currently working on its debut full length album, which is expected to be released sometime this year. The music video was premiered on July 13th.
