Titled Rain, the song begins as a heartfelt break-up song, and the lyrics certainly reflect that. That is until the guitar riff throws you off balance completely and it becomes something a little closer to Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You. Not that I’m complaining!

- Rain has more of a dance feel to it, which is a complete change of direction to the usual ‘anthems’ The Script usually come out with.
- Adapting to an ever-changing music scene can be difficult, especially after a two-year hiatus. But it sounds like they have a hit on their hands with this tune.
- The song is taken from their fifth studio album (yet to be named), and if Rain is anything to go by – It’ll be a good one!
