The new single is called “Just a Lover“, and it’s a pulsing and hypnotic deep house-infused piece with a huge beats and dreamy vocals to make it a real and promising hit with a high class production on it.
The song is confirmed as the second taste of James’ upcoming full length debut album, which is expected to be released later this year via Future Classic.
“Just a Lover” was premiered exclusively on Stereogum on June 16th, and it will be available on digital retailers the next day.
The official music video directed by SPLINTR, Leigh Newman and Gavain Browne was finally premiered on Future Classic’s Youtube channel on September 13th.
