Following the impact achieved with her debut EP “Jesus Made Me Bad“, Colombian emerging singer and songwriter and promising new act Laura Carvajalino Avila, known as Lao Ra, has finally returned with some exotic fruit to taste.
Bogota-based musician has delivered her brand new single called “Drum Machine“, an absolutely fantastic hipster pop gem infused with some hot latin vibes and hypnotic dancehall-flavoured synths.
The track was written by Laura along William Brooks, Fridolin Walcher and Håkon Njøten with production by Freedo and Brooks. It’s confirmed as the first taste of her debut full length album due out sometime soon via Black Butter.
“Drum Machine” was released on digital retailers and streaming services on July 15th, while the music video was premiered through Vevo on July 27th.
