Billy a lansat piesa „Love Don t Break Me„, o baladă R&B, al cărei sound ne trimite cu gândul la Zayn Malik. Melodia vine însoţită de un videoclip dramatic alb-negru, care va face parte dintr-un proiect artistic audio-vizual, care va mai include un scurtmetraj, o carte cu fotografii şi o galerie de printuri. Expoziţiile şi lansarea de carte vor avea loc în Los Angeles, Paris, Milano şi Berlin.
„Nu am vrut să am o lansare banală pentru primul meu proiect solo. Am vrut să am libertatea de a explora şi alte pasiuni din viaţa mea, cum ar fi arta şi moda, aşa că am simţit că un proiect strict muzical nu mi-ar putea satisface complet viziunea mea ca a artist solo.” a declarat Bill Kaulitz.
EP-ul de debut al artistului se numeşte „I’m Not OK” şi va fi lansat pe 20 mai 2016.
